HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

Please click on the “My Account” links at the top or bottom of the page to update your account information and shipping/billing addresses. You can also call us at 855.234.3376 or click here to email us and we would be happy to update your account for you.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

All major credit cards are accepted. Pricing is as displayed on the website, but we reserve the right to modify, change, or remove any pricing, promotions, or deals at any time. We do not have a price match guarantee at this time; we apologize for this inconvenience.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please make sure to reference your emailed receipt (and account number, if possible) when calling with questions regarding your order. To track your shipment, click here for the USPS tracking page

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

SkinStyle.com products are shipped nationwide to all 48 continental states, except Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and can track your shipment with the tracking number. To track your shipment, click here for the USPS tracking page.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All returns or exchanges much be made within 30 days of purchase. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to receive a credit or refund. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days only. No exchanges or refunds will be made without first obtaining an RMA number. Please call us at 855.234.3376 or email service@skinstyle.com in order to receive your number. Multiple RMA requests for the same products are subject to review by SkinStyle.

Returns should be postmarked within this 7-day period. Shipping tracking is strongly encouraged to ensure our receipt of your package. Consider insurance for your package, as we are not responsible for packages damaged in shipping. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the original shipping of the product(s) was incorrect or defective, or the result of our error.

All returned products must be in its original packaging and include all accessories, pieces, instructions, and promotional items/gifts. All containers and packaging must not be altered in any way. All products should have at least 50% of the contents remaining. If promotional items/gifts are not returned with the product, you may be charged the full value of the promotional items/gifts, and this amount may be deducted from your refund/credit. All refunds/credits are at the sole discretion of SkinStyle.com and may be denied if any of these requirements are not met. If denied, you may choose to have the returned product returned to you at your expense.

We are not able to accept more than 2 returns per customer / payment ID in any one year period. Your refund/credit minus original shipping charges, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt and acceptance of your return pursuant to the conditions outlined above.

All returns are subject to review and all credits/refunds are at the sole discretion of SkinStyle.com. SkinStyle.com is an online retailer. Please note that we are unable to process walk-in returns.
